Outdoor Florida Wedding

Tori Jackson (now Tori Jackson Tyler) is a name you may want to remember. Why? Because this girl is going places! We met Tori a few years back when she contacted us about photographing her upcoming wedding. We learned Tori was also a singer who was beginning to follow her dreams in Nashville. Of course that means we Facebook stalked Tori, and we were blow away with her GORGEOUS voice. So go ahead and know y’all, one day we will be able to say we photographed a famous singers wedding… Mark my words lol.

I asked Tori if she would answer a few questions for me for this blog. Here are her answers:How we met: Mason and I have known each other for about 10 years through going to the same church, but we really hit it off in 2016 when he came back from college. I was actually leading worship at our church and when he visited one Sunday when he came home from school, it was like the stars aligned! We both had never thought of the other in that way before, but then we both had the same idea at the same time! It was God’s perfect timing for sure.

How he proposed:

We were at Falling Creek having photos done, which he planned as my one year anniversary gift. He had secretly planned it with the photographer beforehand, so they had a little cue and at the perfect time he pulled out a ring and she was there to capture the whole thing with beautiful photos. It was so perfect!

Favorite memory from the wedding:

It’s so hard to choose just one! But I think my favorite memory for sure was walking down the aisle. I had a super long aisle because the ceremony was in a fenced in area, so I walked in at the entrance to the fenced area but the chairs didn’t begin until about 50 yards away. I think that honestly gave me a lot of time to take in the moment and see all of my family and friends, and ultimately Mason! His reaction was priceless. People asked me if I thought he would cry and I really didn’t think so because he’s always so happy! But when I saw him for the first time, he was crying more than I ever expected. So honestly walking down the aisle and having that time to take it all in and seeing my husband standing there waiting to say yes to forever with me is what will stay with me forever.

Alright y’all, get some tissues ready, this one is sure to make you cry a little…
